I would be honored to teach you and 3 extra friends (that’s a min. of 4 in total) a full day of lighting techniques at the comfort of your own home / city. This workshop is a perfect answer for those photographers out there who are searching for group-based training.

Organizing a Lightware party is as simple as 1-2-3!
1: Gather 3 friends who would like to learn on-location lighting in the comfort of your home / city.
2: Arrange a model* and an outdoor location where I can teach the practical part.
3: Contact me, I will check my schedule and before you know it you’ll be the host of a custom Create That Light workshop!
*(It’s possible to shoot without a model, each attendee will pose then).
The content of this workshop is somehow equal to the Create that light workshop, except for:
• Model and her fee must be arranged by you, if you choose to shoot a model off course.
• Drinks & lunch are not included, organizer must provide this (a small sandwich lunch is fine, for me: Chicken-Curry).
Workshop will run from 10:00 to 17:00.

10:00: meet ‘n greet with coffee.
10:30: morning session I (Lighting on location – Create That Light!).
11:30: break.
11:45: morning session II (Subjects & clients – Creating an Experience!).
12:30: small lunch.
13:30: shooting a model “natural light with Sunbounce”.
14:30: shooting a model “speedlights & Sunbounce”.
15:30: shooting a model “discovering the combination: natural light vs. speedlichts vs. Sunbounce”.
16:30: tech Q&A.
17:00: End

• Essential techniques for photographing children, teens and models.
• How to work in all lighting conditions using available light, reflectors and off camera flash.
• Interacting with your subject(s), clients and parents (handling difficult situations).
• Getting bored children to start laughing while looking directly at the camera for many frames.
• Q&A: No questions left unanswered.
Included:
• Practical workshop that will give your work a creative boost.
• A large variety of California Sunbounce products to test during the shooting.
• Numerous amount of light-shaping tools to play with.
• A projector + screen for the presentation.
Needed:
• Small room with at least 1 x 220v supply, dark enough to project a presentation.
• Outdoor location with shades & direct sunlight.
• A good coffee in the morning.
